You must be 18 years old to be able to commission me for the vast majority of work. Due to the complex and costly nature of 3D works, especially VRChat avatars, I generally refuse to work with minors, sorry. Smaller projects like retextures or minor mesh edits I’m comfortable doing for minors so long as they are 16+ and prices don’t exceed $150 per project. I am much less likely to open up commissions for these, however.

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, at any time. While this is unlikely to happen, if you consistently make me uncomfortable, cross my boundaries, act unprofessional or otherwise make the commission experience unpleasant, I have a right to refuse and cancel your order. Regarding refunds, see section 9.

Reference sheets should be SFW (safe for work), digital and preferably a single image per character or prop. I will sketch a 3D friendly reference sheet of your character in my art style if desired or needed.

Communication & Commission updates. I will provide you with many WIP images/videos in a timely manner. I am only human and will not be able to do work 24/7. Do not message me incessantly about progress. I may post other finished pieces of personal art on my social media while I have taken on commissions. That does not mean I have forgotten about your commission, and am simply taking a break from work.

Work is for personal use only. By default, you do not reserve the right to make profit off my work in any way. Examples include but are not limited to, reselling my models or including them in commercial projects such as video games. If you wish to, a commercial license should be discussed first and will require a fee.

Revisions & Edits. Whether I will be sculpting or box modeling your character, asking for major last minute revisions and edits to the base model after I deem them finished will require a fee. Adding extra features like clothing, props and toggles after work has already started is possible but will incur extra costs. I have a limit of three additional major features I’m willing to do beyond what was discussed, but please approach the commission already knowing what you want. Unexpected extra features may interfere with my scheduling.

Payment & Refunds. Though payment upfront is preferred, I’m fine with installments and payment plans if needed. Once it is your turn in the commission queue, only then will I ask for payment. I will not start work until I receive at least a down payment. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and the complexity of the commission at hand. Once a model is complete or near completion I will refuse a full refund if any. I will not do work for free under any circumstance. Any attempt to negotiate or argue against this will put you on a blacklist.

Quotes

If I accept your commission, I will quote based on complexity and number of features requested. Once approved by you, I will put you on my queue. You cannot skip or get ahead in this queue. I however may work on up to two projects concurrently if workload is light and permits as such. If the quote is too much for you to afford at the given time, let me know as soon as possible and the order will be canceled. Feel free to return with your order at a later date. There is absolutely no shame in telling me and I promise I do not take it personally. Times are tough and it’s understandable you may not be comfortable spending much on a luxury item! If instead you ghost me and make me chase you down for a response, especially across the course of several days, I may put you on a blacklist.

This is my main source of income so should you do this, be aware that you are wasting my time that I could be spending looking for other clients that will not hold the idea of paying me over my head.
